My recent stay at Novostar exceeded my high expectations, an exceptional feat for a mid-range hotel. The staff demonstrated remarkable warmth and efficiency, going above and beyond to accommodate my delayed arrival, ensuring my room was ready even after reception hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the bed in my single room-these qualities are often lacking in similar establishments. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, including a direct tram to the main train station, which greatly facilitated my travels. the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the room made it a cozy retreat after a long day exploring Kassel. Highly recommended!
