The staff demonstrated remarkable warmth and efficiency, going above and beyond to accommodate my delayed arrival, ensuring my room was ready even after reception hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the bed in my single room—these qualities are often lacking in similar establishments. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, including a direct tram to the main train station, which greatly facilitated my travels. the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the room made it a cozy retreat after a long day exploring Kassel. Highly recommended!
